She will be here before you know it! The cravings are definitely the worst part but I am going to keep telling myself that I am stronger than they are! I will definitely miss ice cream too *tear*Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03211171899882905573noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8579393603371976687.post-27928942526088105532013-05-28T18:19:33.738-04:002013-05-28T18:19:33.738-04:00I did the sugar challenge for about a month when I...I did the sugar challenge for about a month when I was freaking out that my baby was too large. I slowly slipped back into my old habits though:(. Once you go a few days, the cravings almost disappear which is the good part. The bad part is that it's difficult to find other stuff to snack on. I think I ate nuts, popcorn, fruit, vegetables, protein bars as snacks and usually high protein meals (eggs & bacon, ham & bean soup, veggie burgers...). I researched diabetic diets to find ideas. It was hard but I only gained one single pound that whole month whereas I had gained ten pounds the previous month! I think I will attempt another go-around. I will miss my ice cream though!!! Sugar from fruit is healthy as long as it's in moderation, I believe!
